3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

By submitting a website URL for audit, you represent that you are the owner of the website or have explicit permission from the owner to audit it. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from unauthorized audits.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms (Pro Tier)

5.1 Pricing

Pro Tier audits start at $199 USD. Pricing may vary based on:

• Complexity of the website
• Additional services requested (e.g., competitor analysis)
• Scope of the consultation

All prices are clearly displayed before purchase and are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Calendly Payments). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for Pro Tier audits:

• Before Strategy Call: Full refund available if you cancel before your scheduled strategy call
• After Strategy Call: Refund available if you are not satisfied with the Pro audit quality, subject to review
• Refund Window: 7 days from delivery of the Pro report
• Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse or fraudulent requests

5.4 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of AuditWebsite and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the websites you submit for audit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access and analyze your website
• Create screenshots and reports
• Store audit data for the purposes of providing the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service

6.3 Audit Reports

Audit reports generated by the Service are provided to you for your personal or business use. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute reports to third parties
• Remove our branding from reports
• Claim authorship of the analysis

7. Third-Party Services

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
